Youngite which is a variety of Agatized Limestone or Brecciated Jasper with Druzy Quartz and Chalcedony coating. This material fluoresces Lime Green under Short Wave Light. Weighs about 3 Lb 8.3 Oz. I say unique but could say rare as one always sees this material with a lot of brown jasper inside. Below the penny on the last picture a small chip has been removed to show the jasper underneath. Please search the net. Also the specimen shows 2 see through open area vugs.
