Spring has Sprung and time to dig more

QIA Pow Wow in Quartzsite was fun in January. In February, did a 3 night camping/collecting trip to the Calico, N and S Cady mountains. Did find some great Jasper I am calling it Sunset jasper. I know I need to get more. The Deming NM show was a great time to collect in that area. Did find great agates at the Big Diggings location and great geodes at the Baker ranch claim. Decided to come home a day early as the temp was to get in the min 20's with wind and rain. At the Deming show, I only spent $20.00 on two rocks as if I need more rocks. I hope to get back to some Arizona chrysocolla locations and the Cady's to collect soon. Looking forward to the Vista tail gate in April plus the San Diego Mineral & Gem Society BBQ in May. I will be selling at both. This Saturday I have an invite to collect garnets in Ramona here in San Diego county. As I have never been there, I am looking forward to the dig. Still need to set up a trip to the Cryo-Genie mine. Will post the info to my field trip list once it is set up. see ya
