No provenance was given yet looking at different turquoise cabs on the market it could be Fox turquoise that  is located in Lander County near Crescent Valley, Nevada or the Blue Gem Turquoise Mine located in the Copper Basin area southwest of Battle Mountain, Nevada. Worth big bucks if it is from one of these mines. Not the big one on the bottom or the spiderweb one below to right. They should not be on this page. The Nickel weighs about 25 Carats.
