Yuba Green Slab Found on the Yuba river in Calif. I thought this was serpentine but once I slabbed it it was very hard. One is about .243" Thick or 6.17 MM Thick and the other about .249" Thick or 6.34MM Thick. Weight of the two is about 6.2 Oz. Photographed wet and slabs are at an angle to stop some glare so slabs in pictures look smaller. Microsocopy shows albite as the main rock.
