4 Lbs 10.7 Oz Turquoise Specimen

Very thick turquoise from the Royston mine. This chunk weighs 4 lbs 10.7 oz. Over 1.34" thick with turquoise and maybe more but cannot see into the rock. I do see a potential crack but this is one large and sweet chunk of turquoise. This specimen is solid and no chalk. I used a 30 grit wet grinder to get some of the outer matrix off. Pictures were taken dry except the last 3 on the side where specimen was damp. The first picture shows the true color of the specimen.
