Blue Moon Turquoise Stabilized slab Measures about 4" x 2.25" x .185 Thick or 5.28 MM (2.72 at thickest as slab cut at an off angle.) or 4.72 MM Thick Thick Weighs about 1.66 Oz. Most turquoise has a backing applied before it is cabbed. J-B Weld is used on back and then set on wax paper and pressed on a flat surface to cover the complete bottom of the cab. I do recommend you put a backing on turquoise slabs. This may not need it.
